Note:  According to Ayakashi wikia, to access to chapter 11, you have to do the investigation in the story at any chapter until negotiation demon appears. On the negotiation screen, jump out the story back and forth. Then tap " next" button on the top of the negotiation part on the top of the story screen, after doing a negotiation then the chapter 11 will appears.
